So in summary: Windows 7 installation good, updated to 10 and fucked up, went back to 7 but didn't solve the issue, games don't show any uninstalling method, Startup.exe doesn't seem to recognize the AppLocale. iso, I extracted the files a second time but the problem persists, it must be the Applocale or something. So it's not that my computer doesn't have the japanese language installed, there's something wrong with how the Startup.exe begins running.

What's weirder, is that the install wizard actually shows Japanese characters! Because it doesn't matter how many times I install it, the Startup.exe's first window (with the different buttons to install different drivers, the Editor and the real game) shows strange letters and characters, but not Japanese. Something is wrong, but not with the installation, there's something wrong with the AppLocale for some reason. I tried to uninstall the games to try again, but they weren't listed on "Programs and Features" (come to think of it, almost none of my Steam games appear on the list, except X-COM 1), so I shredded their folders with AVG, maybe that would allow me to install them again? Nope, not at all.
When that happened, I couldn't play Artificial Academy anymore, somewhere in the process of updating Windows 10 something fucked up and botched the installation.

The Academy’s goal in the next three years, is to teach one million people to learn how to program. During testing, I found its speech recognition to be very accurate - better than even Siri or Hey Google - and the wide range of features that it offers keeps Braina from feeling limited in scope. The Learn Programming Academy was created by Tim Buchalka, a software developer with 35 years experience, who is also an instructor on Udemy, with over 1.24M+ students in his courses on Java, Python, Android, C and the Spring framework. Rather than being focused on fancy graphics or gimmicks, Braina is very utilitarian, practical, and actually very functional.
